After reading 22 pages of info on hurricanes, you play the game. The game is a fun quiz based on what you read, but, there aren't enough questions to warrant playing the game more than once.
The hardware was pathetic. The hurricane tracker leaked and stopped working after a minute, meaning we could not do the experiments. The 22 pages of text are filled with typos. Even the cardboard spinner parts weren't the right size so we had to make our own.
Discovery Kids should be embarrassed.

Although some of the things that came with this look like hurricane educational material, the toy itself is rather weak on value and function. It's basically a glorified kitchen mixer with wind sounds. The game that came with it may be interesting, but my kids were not interested in it.
